Artfully crafted with several concave teeth, these rotors spin in opposite directions, creating a dynamic symphony of motion. The gap between these rotors, and between the casing and rotors, is an astonishingly minute 5 to 10 microns, ensuring unparalleled efficiency. Powering the main rotor (male rotor) is an engine or electric motor, while the female rotor dances in synchrony, driven by an oil film from oil injection or synchronized gears. This masterful design ensures no metal-to-metal contact, safeguarding the integrity of the components during operation. As the rotor grooves pass the intake port, they become filled with gas. The rotors' rotation seals these grooves with the casing wall, forming a secure compression chamber. Here, lubricating oil is injected, performing a critical role in sealing, cooling, and lubricating. As the rotors spin, the compression chamber's volume diminishes, skillfully compressing the gas into an oil-gas mixture. This mixture is then elegantly discharged through the exhaust port, completing a seamless cycle of intake-compression-exhaust.
