Each rotor, artfully designed with numerous concave teeth, spins in opposite directions with precision. The narrow 5 to 10-micron gap between the rotors and the casing ensures superior efficiency. The main, male rotor receives power from an engine or electric motor, while the female rotor glides smoothly, driven by an oil film from oil injection or synchronized gears. This ingenious design eliminates any metal-to-metal contact during operation. As the rotors turn, their grooves seamlessly capture gas at the intake port, creating an enclosed compression chamber as they are sealed by the casing wall. Lubricating oil is then introduced into this chamber, expertly sealing, cooling, and lubricating the process. As rotation continues, the compression chamber's volume decreases, transforming the gas into a compressed oil-gas mixture, which is then expertly expelled through the exhaust port, completing a flawless cycle of intake, compression, and exhaust.
