Each rotor is adorned with concave teeth and rotates in synchronized yet opposing directions. The precision gap of merely 5 to 10 microns between the rotors and the surrounding casing exemplifies advanced engineering. The male rotor, the driving force behind the apparatus, typically receives its energy from either an engine or an electric motor. Meanwhile, the female rotor is gracefully propelled by either a film of oil or synchronized gears, ensuring zero metal-to-metal contact throughout the drive process. As operation begins, the rotor grooves seamlessly capture gas at the intake port. The ensuing rotation seals these grooves against the casing wall, creating a secure compression chamber. Lubrication is key; hence, oil is injected into this chamber to provide sealing, cooling, and lubrication. The continuous rotation of the rotors results in a reduction in chamber volume, meticulously compressing the gas into an oil-gas amalgam. This mixture is then expertly discharged through the exhaust port, completing a refined cycle of intake, compression, and exhaust.
