These rotors are elegantly designed with numerous concave teeth, rotating in opposite directions with precision. The precision-engineered gap between the rotors and the casing is a mere 5 to 10 microns, showcasing advanced engineering excellence. The main rotor (male) receives its drive from a sophisticated engine or electric motor, while the secondary rotor (female) is meticulously driven by an oil film formed through strategic oil injection or synchronized gears, ensuring smooth operation devoid of metal-to-metal contact. During its seamless operation, the rotor grooves gracefully fill with gas as they pass the intake port. As the rotors rotate in harmony, the grooves are sealed by the casing wall, creating a compression chamber. This chamber is then injected with lubricating oil, which seals, cools, and lubricates the mechanism to perfection. As the rotors continue their elegant dance, the compression chamber's volume decreases, effectively compressing the gas into an oil-gas mixture, which is then efficiently discharged through the exhaust port, completing a flawless cycle of intake, compression, and exhaust.
